American actress Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. She began her career by playing support roles in the teen comedy films Big Fat Liar (2002) and She's the Man (2006). In the following years, she played the role as reporter Willa McPherson in FX's show Dirt. She also had an important role in FX's short-lived series The Ex List. In the initial season, she starred in the role of Moira O'Hara as an untried Moira as well as in the season 2, she played Kaylee. She played Jessie Anderson's character on the AMC series The Walking Dead. Sophie played the role of Sophie in NBC's This Is Us. She is also the voice of many characters in the comedy show Family Guy. She is currently the voice of Melinda "Mel" Monroe who is a character from Netflix's series Virgin River. Breckenridge was born in Darien in Connecticut. She relocated to California with her mother at the age of 10. The family moved around for one year before eventually moving to Mill Valley. Breckenridge became interested in acting, photography, and singing at age 13. Breckenridge moved back to Los Angeles with the help of her mother at age 15.
