Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in the city of St. Louis, Missouri. She performed with The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia granted her the Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre and Communication. After moving to Los Angeles Kelly quickly became involved in theater, acting and choreographing more than a dozen productions. The most notable of these was The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan in Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera. Kelly began landing television and film roles while she was studying in improvisation and through The Groundlings. She also joined Theatre West. She has a unique voice and her small size makes her able to be able to play many characters. She is known for her performance as a co-star with Naomi Watts taking over the role as the evil Samara In The Ring 2 but is popularly known for her role as the bright and bubbly receptionist in Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a regular on TV Land's sitcom The Exes from the year 2011 until 2015. She played Kelly as the paralegal by night and as a party-hopper during the night. In addition as being an Regular in ABC Romantically Challenged where she as the flirty, sassy sister that is Alyssa Miano. She also played the suburban mother stressed in CW No Tomorrow. She has lent her singing voice to numerous animated films such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recently, she appeared in the NBC's hit comedy Superstore as the dim but lovable Cloud 9 worker. Her private life is one which is quiet with two children younger than five years old. She enjoys sewing and writes and is a volunteer for various school functions.
