Andressa Urach

Andressa urach was only 15 when she began an relationship with Tiago Cost. In three months they got married. Arthur Urach Costa was born in May of 2005. The couple broke up within six years of being married because of disagreements. Andressa moved in the home of her child at their mother's residence. Within six months, Urach was fired and left her son in the care of his father. The main aim of her life was to find a happier life and a better life in Sao Paulo. Andressa Urach describes in her book Morri Para Viver how she experienced sexual abuse as a child. She suffered from age 2 to eight years of sexual abuse from her grandfather who was adopted by her. Andressa could only free herself from the trauma due to her foster mother's arrest of Andressa in the act. Andressa moved back to reside with his mom but she was unaware about it until Andressa published her book. She claimed in interviews that she achieved what, for her, was unattainable prior to her spiritual awakening: forgiveness of her abuser. When I was faced with one of my most difficult choices, I contacted that person I had assaulted me sexually. It wasn't an easy decision. I told him on the phone following a lot of fasting and prayer vows that I forgiven him. Even though I am not guilty of anything I pleaded for forgiveness. My only action was request forgiveness.
